Anyone up for trading a free download of my book, A Walk in His Shoes in exchange for a review? I can send it through Amazon to any email address and I will pay the $2.99 ebook cost.
I am also looking for anyone willing to link my book to one of their blog posts in exchange for either my ebook download or I can link you (book, website, blog etc) in one of my posts.
Hope you all had a great NewYears without the regrettable hangover! My NewYears was fun filled with…..sleep. I had a hard time even staying up late enough. That’s how it should be, right? It was nice just watching movies with my wife, knowing I’d wake without any regrets or embarrassment.
Here’s to a great 2016!!
If you are interested in any kind of collaboration, you can contact me different ways or comment below. 🙂
Thanks all!

I have. Reading now. MG, you went deep. And, glad you got out. Your father’s words, on craftful lies, heavy shit.
Crying now over how addiction corrupts, how it corrupted you, me. I don’t want to go there again. Ever.

It’s horrible stuff. It is hard to read but Its a good reminder of how bad it was. It’s easy for me to forget how evil addiction can be. I’m glad you received it without issue.

I’ll check it out… but I bought it rather than trade a deal for it. If I like the book I’ll review it on my blog. 😉

Hi, I started a recovering addict book club and could probably get this book read and reviewed next month, however if we don’t get to it, I’m still writing a post – 10 Books I Cant Wait to Read in 2016 – and I could link you there. My amazon email is chelsie.brouillette@gmail.com. Email me if you have any questions.

Hi chelsie, that would be awesome. I need to get some club reading going around my town as well. I’ve never done one before so it seems terrifying. Lol. I’m sure it is quite enjoyable. Would you like me to send the ebook to your email? Thank you for helping share the book. 🙂

No problem. You can send it to my email. The recovering addict bookclub is completely online. We do a group chat on sunday evenings to talk about the chapters we read. We read chasing the scream last month and In the realm of hungry ghosts this month. Fun stuff. I like having people to talk about the important topics covered in the books

Okay I’ll do that. I love in the realm! Dr Maté is my hero. Lol I gotta clock in for work but I’ll try to send that through the night or when I get off work. Thanks again. 🙂

Dude, your book is fucking amazing! Can’t put it down! 1/3 of the book in a couple of hours… Please give your mom and dad a hug and a peck on the cheek from me. They earned it.
More after I finish it. Nice work man.

Thanks Jim. I will let my mom know if she hasn’t already read your comment. I’m glad you are enjoying the read. 🙂

I’m about 85% through today… Probably finish it tomorrow.
If I missed your dad passing in all of this, dammit man, I’m sorry. I kind of got the impression but I wasn’t sure.
So on a more serious note, how are you doing. You hanging in there?

That’s awesome. 🙂 Your comment made my day so no worries about my dad but he died in in late 2013.
I’m doing well. Haven’t used since February 2012 and live with my wife day to day enjoying life. In therapy and doing everything I can to get my book out there.
Hbu?

Great to hear, and I’m glad your dad got to see you on the right side of your addiction as much as he did.
If you ever find yourself in trouble, reach out to me BE BEFORE you use. I’ll be here for you.
As for me, I’m doing so well they’d pass a law against it ’cause they’re jealous if they knew how happy I am. It’s all good brother.

Haha! No kidding there. Stop smiling, laughing and having so much fun! I better get going to work. Have a good one man.

Incredible book Dustin. I loved it – and I loved the way you wrote about trying to find the easier softer way… Very subtle, you had me going.
